Financial Controller

Full time, 35 hours per week, £40,000

We’re recruiting a Financial Controller to oversee our finance team and provide high quality financial information. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will be accountable for the robust management of all financial and accounting activities including risk, financial compliance and regulatory obligations. You will have strong leadership and people management skills and 5 years experience of managing financial processes.

Nursery Nurse

Full time, 40 hours per week, £19,760 - £20,280 depending on experience

We require a Level 2 or 3 full time Nursery Practitioner for our 36 place city centre nursery. If you are interested in joining our committed and caring staff team and would enjoy contributing to the provision of a stimulating educational programme for children in a diverse multi cultural setting then we would like to hear from you. You must hold NVQ level 2, 3, or equivalent qualification.

Data Compliance Officer

Full time, £19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience

We are recruiting a Data and Compliance Officer to develop, implement, maintain, and improve compliance in accordance with funding rules. The role will require you to have high analytical skills and a close attention to detail.

Education Operations Manager

Full time, £40,000

We require an Education Operations Manager to work alongside our Director of Education to manage Blackburne House’s education contracts delivery to the standards required by the LCRCA, ESFA and Ofsted. You will develop and implement processes to ensure all programmes are delivered effectively, to a high standard, and maximise contract targets. You will have experience managing high-quality classroom programmes, and at least 3 years’ proven experience working in a managerial role demonstrating strong and effective leadership.

Head of Quality and Compliance

Full time, up to £40,000 depending on experience

We are recruiting for a Head of Quality and Compliance to work as part of our management team supporting the vision and values of educating and upskilling women through Inspiration, Transformation, Equality, Independence, and Social Values. You will provide inspirational leadership by collaborating with the Director of Education to implement a clear vision for the development of educational programmes within the organisation.
