TEACHER TRAINING
Formerly known as PTLLS, the Award in Education and Training is a short course designed to enable a wide range of students to undertake teaching, training or learning tasks relevant to their own training or teaching situation. It is recommended for all teachers new to the sector whether in further education, adult and community learning, work-based learning or other parts of the learning and skills sector.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You will need to be 19+, have a Level 2 in Math’s and English or be working towards them.
Acceptance onto this course is subject to successful guidance interview & assessment test

WHERE COULD IT TAKE YOU?
Once you have completed this course, you can progress onto the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training and the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or go straight into employment.

LEVEL 3 AWARD IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING
The Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement is a substantial vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a vocational assessor. This is a practical-based qualification intended for those who assess both occupational competence in the work environment, and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace (i.e. workshop, classroom or other training environments).
