LEVEL 1 IT USER SKILLS

The primary purpose of this qualification is to recognise the development of employability skills and/or knowledge. The practical nature of the units will introduce you to specific IT-related skills which can be learnt new or used to build upon existing knowledge and competencies. Ultimately this qualification serves to build learner confidence and provide learning opportunities that are stimulating and engaging.

This qualification is suitable for learners who are new to, or would like to improve their digital skillset. You will study theses unit as part of the course Collaborative Working using Digital Technology Developing Multimedia Products Digital Content Creation- Audio & Video Digital Safety & Security Understanding Digital Data Introduction to Study Skills Time Management Skills

LEVEL 2 DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

This qualification aims to develop learners’ knowledge and skills in carrying out a range of administrative and business support functions.
