Residents of Merseyside have joined forces with international development charity VSO to launch Walk for Tabita Merseyside, one of a series of walks designed to raise over £50,000 for womens health care in developing countries.

Walk for Tabita will take place on Sunday the 7th March, leaving from Blackburne House (Off Hope Street) at 12.00. It will be a gentle 6 miles, taking in the Albert Dock and Sefton Park. For those who would like to join us for the last 2.5miles please meet us at approx 1.30pm at the Aviary Cafe in Sefton Park. Sensible walking shoes/boots are recommended.

The walk ends at Blackburne House where walkers are offered a 20% discount on food and drinks.

By raising sponsorship, you and your firends will be helping VSO continue our vital health work with women like Tabita. You wont just be raising money, you'll be changing lives.
