Terms and Conditions
All students are required, as a condition of enrolment, to abide by the terms of the Student Charter. Copies are made available to students at induction, or can be viewed online by clicking on Student Charter. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the course programme as scheduled, in accordance with the descriptions contained in the prospectus. However, as a charitable trust which relies on funding in order to deliver its educational provision, we retain the right to vary the content of courses and to merge, combine or discontinue any courses that do not attract sufficient numbers of students.
Where it becomes necessary to cancel or discontinue a course offered in the prospectus, we will make every effort to offer students the opportunity to transfer to an alternative course.
Our liability for breach of contract is restricted to reimbursement of actual fees paid by the student or their sponsor.
