In a Loose Women format, these four leading business women from a cross-section of sectors will be sitting down on the panel at the Women Working It conference to discuss the real story behind their rise to success, building their brands from ground up, challenges they faced and reveal the secrets to success.

“Women in leadership is on the rise globally,” explained keynote speaker for the conference and CEO of Blackburne House Claire Dove, MBE.  “This event creates a unique vehicle for women to collaborate, not compete. ”

For over 30 years, Blackburne House has championed women in Liverpool.  Through education and enterprise, it has created a unique, supportive community that nurtures women of different backgrounds, cultures and capabilities and helps them develop on a practical, personal and professional level.

The Women Working It Conference is a first for Blackburne House.  Proceeds will go directly to support Blackburne House, a non-profit training and education centre for women.

Blackburne House builds confidence and skills in women who will make a positive difference in their community.  Every woman can – and should – have access to the opportunity to learn, improve their situation and increase her sense of independence at any age.
