There’s more to pilates than developing “strong abs” or “core strength”. Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture.

Pilates at Blackburne House with tutor Hayley O’Neill runs weekly on a Tuesday evening 5.15pm to 6pm.

Classes can be booked in advance and cost £25 for 6 sessions.
